All shipping charges, including sending and return shipping, will be borne by the customer.
Return Intimation

Clear photos or videos of the product must be shared at the time of reporting.

Return Timeline
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
Courier Proof
If the return parcel is not received by us, customers may be requested to provide courier proof of delivery.

2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
The original packaging is retained
The product is unused
The item is damaged during delivery or does not match the order specifications

Products must be returned in original, unused condition within 3 days of delivery.

After inspection and approval, a Discount Coupon Code equivalent to the item value will be issued.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Charges
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
A 10% cancellation fee will be applicable on cancelled orders to cover payment gateway and processing costs.
Customized products cannot be cancelled.
Orders that are already shipped or in transit cannot be cancelled, except in cases of damage or delayed delivery.
